Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Channel Sales Account Manager to join our US team. As a key member of Tracelay's Enterprise sales team, you will provide sales leadership and creative direction on our most highly visible customers. This is a chance to build the Platform experience at Tracelay!As an Channel Sales Account Manager, you love hunting for new opportunities and are able to close new accounts while maintaining existing ones. You have a passion for building and maintaining broad relationships, developing and managing opportunities, and leading a team of extended resources within Tracelay.You are a creative, out of the box thinker, able to articulate Tracelay SOC platform vision. You can sell at the most strategic level and form a broad strategy for winning customer buy-in and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • • Lead and develop a subset of our top Enterprise accounts.
  • • Create direct new business and expansion opportunities.
  • • Collaboratively develop specific GTM strategy and plan with Tracelay India team.
  • • Develop detailed multi year account strategy and objectives aligned to a quarterly execution plan.
  • • Develop and nurture CXO relationships at assigned accounts.
  • Develop market strategies and sales channels to launch product in the market. Drive sales volume through local sales partners for various projects. Implement sales plan and maintain good relationship with channel partners. Responsible for the attainment of budget volume and contribution of the responsible key account channel. Actively involved in the formulation of yearly budgets, channel plan, customer plans, trading terms and day-to-day sales programmes
