Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Pre-Sales Engineer to join our India team. As a key member of Tracelay's Enterprise sales team, you will provide sales leadership and creative direction on our most highly visible customers. This is a chance to build the Platform experience at Tracelay!As an Pre-Sales Engineer, you love hunting for new opportunities and are able to close new accounts while maintaining existing ones. You have a passion for building and maintaining broad relationships, developing and managing opportunities, and leading a team of extended resources within Tracelay.You are a creative, out of the box thinker, able to articulate Tracelay SOC platform vision. You can sell at the most strategic level and form a broad strategy for winning customer buy-in and implementation

Responsibilities

  • •Passion to help a sales team win deals with technical acumen and sales EQ for a rapidly expanding company.
  • • Attend to customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion.
  • • Maintain credibility through best practices knowledge in Sales Enablement space.
  • • Qualify and help close sales opportunities.
  • • Maintain account plan s technical portions.
  • • Determine, resolve and communicate technical and business presales issues to presales management.
  • • Assist regional business development activities.
  • • Understand technical/business requirements of the customer and propose a suitable value proposition and solution design.
  • • Coordinates closely with internal sales, and development team to demonstrate the solution.
  • • Communicate with engineering, customer requirements and field learnings as requirements for platform roadmap.

Education + Experience

  • • Associates degree in IT services and/or Cloud computing, or equivalent industry experience
  • • Fast learning capability in cyber security domains
  • • Ability to do multi-tasking is essential
  • • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • • Exp in tech/commercial proposal
  • • Go-get attitude and positive outlook on making the customer engagement a success
  • • Patience and Perseverance to work in an agile environment
  • • Willingness to work in the time zone of customers as and when required ( US time zone)
